Kyle Chance is at North Country, holding a 6-month-old daughter who can no longer move her right arm for some unknown reason.
"Even just touching her arm, she's in a lot of pain," he said. The Leupp resident phoned North Country HealthCare in Flagstaff on a Monday morning to inquire about the mysterious problem and was offered an appointment within the hour.
