I was born in New York City and grew in Astoria Queens. Moved to California age 14

Training

California Lutheran University 1979-1983.

PA school at the University Nebraska Medical Center Physician Assistant Program 1983-1985. (from college B.S. in Biology and Psych, another B.S. degree from Univ Nebraska PA program).

I’ve been a PA for 22 years and have worked in Family Practice in Minnesota, a Women’s HIV risk reduction Project in San Francisco and multiple places.

Areas of Medical Interests

Adolescent and pediatric medicine, infectious disease, integrative and complementary medicine and Woman’s Health.

Additional Languages

I do speak Spanish enough to get by.

Personal Interests:

I love to cook especially Italian food, spending time with my husband (we just got married in Aug. 2007) and my two little dogs Thelma and Louise, hiking and camping, travelling, movies, and being with our families.
